Each shortlisted candidate undergoes an in-depth interview with an EPIK CONSULTING consultant, where we carefully review their professional experience, educational background, and skills.

This assessment is complemented by the use of the Innermetrix® psychometric evaluation tool, providing a detailed behavioral profile, insights into motivations, and an analysis of transferable skills to ensure a perfect fit for the role and the work environment.

Additionally, we verify administrative documents such as diplomas and pay slips, and secure references from previous employers with the candidate’s consent.

After conducting detailed evaluations, including phone pre-qualifications, psychometric assessments, and interviews, EPIK CONSULTING will present you with a short list of at least 3 candidates.
