Once the most promising profiles are identified, we conduct detailed phone pre-qualifications to assess their mobility, availability, and salary expectations.
Each shortlisted candidate undergoes an in-depth interview with an EPIK CONSULTING consultant, where we carefully review their professional experience, educational background, and skills.
This assessment is complemented by the use of the Innermetrix® psychometric evaluation tool, providing a detailed behavioral profile, insights into motivations, and an analysis of transferable skills to ensure a perfect fit for the role and the work environment.
Additionally, we verify administrative documents such as diplomas and pay slips, and secure references from previous employers with the candidate’s consent.
This thorough process guarantees an accurate evaluation, allowing us to direct you to the best-fit profiles and match candidates with opportunities that align with their career aspirations.
After conducting detailed evaluations, including phone pre-qualifications, psychometric assessments, and interviews, EPIK CONSULTING will present you with a short list of at least 3 candidates. Each candidate will come with a detailed presentation and their Innermetrix® psychometric evaluation report.
We will then coordinate the interview schedule based on your HR department’s and operational team’s availability.
EPIK CONSULTING offers expert guidance to help you select the most suitable candidate for the position. As a mediator, we assist you throughout the negotiation and job offer stages. Our support extends to closely monitoring the integration of the selected candidate by organizing regular check-ins during their probationary period. This ensures a smooth transition and lasting integration into your company while supporting the candidate’s professional growth in their new environment.
