2. Employers

If you seek to mandate the Cabinet for HR consulting, recruitment, training, and assessment services, the employer commits to providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding their needs and guarantees the confidentiality of the obtained information, using it in compliance with the candidates’ privacy rights.
They also commit to respecting the rights of candidates throughout the recruitment process, including the right to information, the right to correct inaccurate data, respect for the confidentiality of personal data, and the right to fair and non-discriminatory treatment.

3. Candidates

When you apply for a job posting on the Site or submit a spontaneous application as a Candidate, or when the Cabinet contacts you regarding a position, you agree to be bound to the Cabinet concerning participation in recruitment processes and receiving any proposals for vacancies that may match your profile. The rights and obligations arising from this relationship are defined in these Terms, which you accept at the time of initial contact with the Cabinet or after confirming your wish to be included in the EPIK Consulting database. Recruitment services for Candidates are free of charge. You may terminate this relationship at any time by contacting us using the contact details provided on the Site.

4. Access to the site

Access to the Site is reserved for Users who have reached the legal age required in their country of residence to access online services.
The User agrees to provide accurate information when registering or using the Site.

5. Use of the EPIK Consulting website

EPIK Consulting operates the website www.epikconsulting.fr to help you understand the firm’s services and offerings and to communicate with you.
The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the applicable laws and these Terms. They specifically agree not to:

15. Miscellaneous provisions

You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms to another person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms to another company when we reasonably believe that your rights will not be affected.

EPIK Consulting shall not be held responsible for any violation of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Cabinet may be required to disclose information about you to regulatory or law enforcement authorities if necessary.

The Cabinet reserves the right to disclose information collected on its Site to its professional advisors and others as EPIK Consulting outsources any aspect of its service operations. These third parties will be subject to the same confidentiality obligations as EPIK Consulting.
