Innermetrix® certification – Level 2

TOTAL TRAINING TIME : 3 DAYS (21 HOURS) ON DISTANCE
PREREQUISITES : Have successfully completed the Innermetrix® Disc+® certification.
PUBLIC : Human resources professional, manager, coach, trainer, manager, teacher, educator, career counsellor, person looking for retraining in HR jobs.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES :
- Promote a better knowledge of self and the environment in terms of mental appetites and perception (Attribute Index®)
- Assess the impact of an ADVanced Insights® (ADV) profile on Human Resources management and management
- Know how to document an ADVanced Insights® (Disc+® + Attribute Index®) profile
- Discover the Innermetrix® Solutions Universe (OHC – 360 Assessment, Onboarding, Agile Platform)
- Diagnose and impact the hazards of management and human resources
- Develop and increase the reliability of your accompaniments as well as individual and collective performance
- Introduce the use and agility of the Innermetrix® platform.
SPEAKER PROFILE : Innermetrix® Expert Certifier.
PEDAGOGY : Learning by doing, interrogative and experiential method, theoretical and practical contributions.
EVALUATION MODALITY
- A questionnaire to determine the position of trainees in the initial stages of training
- Quizzes and exercises during training
- A satisfaction questionnaire at the end of training
- A final exam to be completed within 15 days after training.
TIME AND ACCESS CONDITIONS : The training takes 7 days to be integrated, depending on the number of places available. During this time, a needs analysis and positioning questionnaire will be conducted.
CERTIFICATION TRAINING : The training is validated by an examination to be carried out within 15 days of its conclusion. Participants become “International Certified Experts Innermetrix® Level 2” and can thus access the acquisition of an Innermetrix® account to implement the platform in their company and benefit from unlimited use of tools and profiling.
